Agi Sargeant died on the 29th February 2008 at 3.50pm in Warrington General Hospital, Ward B14. She was 54 years old.
Born in Budapest, Hungary in June 1953, she was the third child to Sara and Jozsef. She also had 2 older brothers Joco and Istvan who survive her. In 1973, she met Peter and they promptly married the same year in St Matthais Church in Budapest. They then moved to England and in June 1980, their first and only daughter Lydia was born.
Agi went on to become a fabulous fashion designer and was the life and soul of any party. She had millions of friends and was best friend to many.
In 2006 she became a Grandma/Nagyi when Amber was born, Agi adored little Amber.
She became troubled with ill health at the start of 2007 with problems with her stomach, doctors struggled to define what was wrong with her and at the start of 2008 she started having headaches, these were then accompanied with visual disturbances and a CT scan revealed she'd had a stroke. Sadly, Agi continued to have strokes and then developed pneumonia. The staff at Warrington in B14 were absolutely amazing especially mums consultant Michelle who helped us through the final days of mums life so so much.
On February 29th, with Lydia by her side, she slipped away peacefully.
Her funeral took place on 11th March and the service was a real credit to her, the crematorium was jam packed with people and the queue snaked right around the building.
She will be sorely, sorely missed and Lydia and Peter along with all her friends are devastated and left with a large void following her sudden passing.
Since her passing, she has gained 2 more grandchildren who she would have absolutely adored. Two little boys, Oliver 29/10/09 and Harry 15/12/10. Harry's time of birth was Agi's birthday too 21.06 x
Sleep Well Mum!! Although with Anne, Dick, Maggie and Nagyi and Nagypapa up there i dont think there will be much sleeping so instead, Have Fun!!! xxxxxx

Hi mum,
well, who would have thought it? You now have 3 grandchildren as wee Harry Peter arrived on the 15th December! I would just love to see you with your 3 little kiddies looking up at you! Amber misses you terribly and talks about you daily. Miss you tonnes, but you know that already xxxxxx

Dear Agi,
I think of you SO often and talk about you to so many people,you were a lovely lady and SO much fun!!
I am so happy to have "found" Lydia again on Facebook,and now I am learning all about her and Hans and the lovely children.
I know Lydia misses you So much as so many do,but we all know you are with her all the time,and will be right there when Baby #3 comes.
RIP my lovely friend and please give Jimmie and Anne a BIG hug from us,you are all so missed,but know you are all together again,until one day we all meet again.

Really miss you today, its Eileens birthday tomorrow and i went to buy a mum card for Hans, hate doing that because it reminds me of you and that I should still be buying you mum cards!!!

Hi Mum,
Little Oliver is here! thank you for blessing me with a son, I now have the most perfect set. I feel you looking down on us and those 1st few weeks, the rainbows were well recieved. I know you are with me, guiding me and I love that feeling.
Missing you more than ever and wish I could share these new moments with Oliver with you like I did with Amber.
We all miss and love you and Amber always says that Nagyi is flying to heaven.
